Who is this cohort for?

This is a space for Women of Color and non-binary folks navigating the exhausting reality of predominantly white institutions. This space is for people who care about Jesus and justice, and are finding the dynamics of their organization exhausting, gas lighting, and a bit confusing to navigate.

This is probably not for you if you want strategies for how to be succeed in white spaces. That’s not the priority of this group.

What will we do in this cohort?

  • Build community so you don't feel alone. You will be surrounded by other WoC and folks who BELIEVE you

  • Talk about how whiteness works and discuss strategies for navigating the trauma of institutional whiteness. Space to do our internal work so that we aren't guided by internalized white supremacy

  • Explore theology and unpack the ways that colonized white and patriarchal theologies have told to us to always sacrifice ourselves and our well being.

  • Workshop specific situations- DEI committees, managing up, choosing to do less, white women dynamics, and whatever other situations you are navigating.
