$1500

You can pay in installments and scholarships are available.

who is this cohort for?

This Cohort is for Black, Indigenous, Asian American, and Latinx women and GNB folks who have experienced the intersection of white supremacy and patriarchy. It is for WOC over 30 who are carrying leadership responsibility, managing up, mentoring down, tasked with helping your organization or church deal with diversity issues, but having very few places where you can fully be yourself.

This cohort is a place to learn, but it is also a place to build community.
To not feel alone.
To not feel crazy.
To gain language and frameworks as well as share story.

how big is the cohort?

The cohort will include 15 or so WOC and two facilitators.

what is the time commitment?

Weekly zoom gatherings, active participation in our closed FB group, and some readings.

Cohort gatherings will consist of learning about specific issues that impact Black, Latins, Indigenous, and Asian American women, as well as theologies from those communities, and time to get to know one another, learn some of each other’s stories, and support one another.
